Ordinary search-engine indexing and other automated access reasonably necessary for publicly available web discovery are not intended to be prohibited by this section.

Pottermore now includes a particularly broad restriction on web scraping, text/data mining, and AI-model development; this Asterrow version keeps the same protective idea without importing their UK/EU-specific statutory language.

Pottermore similarly separates links from its own site from responsibility for the third-party destinations, which is a useful distinction for Asterrow as retailer and media links are added.

You may not present a link in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or approval by Asterrow Books where none exists.

I prefer this formulation for Asterrow over Pottermore’s much broader liability clause, which contains detailed exclusions for categories such as lost revenue, business, profits, contracts, data, and goodwill. That language reflects their larger corporate/legal context and shouldn’t simply be transplanted to your site.
